NJFDC Associate Member Address Form

Please use this form to notify the NJFDC of your current information. When using this form for partial updates, type information in field(s) below. A field left blank will remain unchanged in the database. To remove information from a field or group of related fields in the database,  type 'None'.  Hit 'Submit' at end to automatically send your information to the Database Manager.

New applicants must complete this section:

Are you 18 years of age or older?
Are you a member of a kennel club?
Do you own a dog?
Do you own a dog?
Do you participate in AKC events?
Have you ever been suspended/disciplined by AKC or affiliate club?
Dues are due every 2 years (by October 1st in odd years): Associate membership $25. The above Associate agrees to abide by the By-laws of the New Jersey Federation of Dog Clubs and the Rules and Regulations of the American Kennel Club.

Notices will be sent out and dues collected for current member clubs by the Treasurer, Priscilla Gabosch, 735 Park Avenue, Collingswood, NJ 08108, 856-858-6227.
